35 Who shall =
separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or pers=
ecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36=
As it is written:
“For your sake we f=
ace death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37 No, in all these things we are mor=
e than conquerors through him who loved us. =
38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither an=
gels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powe=
rs, 39 neither height nor depth, no=
r anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love =
of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

minister in charge asked me what scripture shall she read. I told he=
r, whatever came to her heart. As I peeped over her shoulder, I notic=
ed her bible was turned to the text above. It inspired the message an=
d our morning meditation! None of us are perfect, and our imperfection=
s can be a source of great anxiety and consternation in our lives. Bu=
t that does not stop God from reaching out to us, and it should never stop =
us from reaching out to God. Remember we are all a work-in- progress,=
being molded and shaped by the Master. Amen to that…
Lord, we are thankf=
ul that, despite our filthy righteousness, you love us and save us from our=
selves. I ask that you allow us to feel your molding and shaping in o=
ur lives, as we yield our lives to you, in Jesus name … AMEN.
