I originally went to New Orleans last week to work with Pico pastors in their anti-violence strategies. They are seriously considering building their own Ceasefire strategy. NO currently has the 3d highest violence rate per capita in the US.
This group of pastors are exploring how they can begin an anti-violence ministerial group in their city. I’m quickly giving them a briefing on the TenPoint approach, but I had to leave early to catch a flight. I hope to see them again this Thursday…
