I am here to present at this years National PICO gathering. Over 500 clergy from 23 states and 35 religious denominations have come together to call for an end to poverty, and an increase in economic and racial justice. It is also the kickoff campaign for the Lifelines to Healing Initiative, headed by Rev. Michael McBride of Berkeley, CA and a national PICO organizer.
