This psa=
lm is a “Maskil” from David himself. The precise meaning of a maskil =
has been lost since ancient times, but it is believed to be a wisdom psalm =
that speaks to the realities of life. In this psalm David speaks movi=

from the grips of iniquity. Acknowledge your sin, include forgivenes=

Lord, forgive=
me of my sins and my shortcomings today. Help me to be reflective in=
my meditations, so I can clearly see where I transgress Your ways. T=
