For the penitent heart, these verses are a great comfort.  Forgive=
ness comes to us from a God whose anger about our sins is overcome by the b=
ottomless love that He has for us.  We don’t get what we deserve (v. 1=
0), instead, we get compassion, grace, love, and a chance to start over.&nb=
sp; In turn, we must show these same attributes to one another.  Doing=
so does not demonstrate weakness, but spiritual strength.  Show your =
strength today to someone in your life…

O God, show me how, today, to demonstrate grace, com=
passion, love and forgiveness to people in my life.  Give me the boldn=
ess to show forth my spiritual strength, so that people will know that Your=
Spirit dwells in me, in Jesus name,   AMEN

God bless,
