Fearlessly Getting It Done
I watched the football game between the Steelers and the Broncos Sunday=
, and couldn’t believe that Tim Tebow pulled another upset out of the hat. =
We’ll see what happens this weekend (go Pats!) but one thing is for sure, T=
ebow is “getting it done” for his Broncos.
Two things to remember from J=
esus’s wilderness experience. First, temptation is not a one-time thi=
ng. Satan continued to look for an opening to pull Jesus from his mis=
sion. The New Year will not stop temptation, but it will show you tha=
t you can overcome in Jesus name (1 Jn 4:4). Second, Jesus came out o=
f the experience in a different way that he went into it. He emerged =
with the power of the Spirit in his life to “get it done”. If you’re =
ready for 2012, then praise the Lord, because getting ready is never a wast=
e of your time. When you draw closer to God, God will draw closer to =
you – the Spirit has the power to transform. Try it – its not too lat=
e to reflect, prepare, and “get it done” for 2012…

st in His wisdom. I submit my self to You completely in this Lenten s=
eason. Walk with me as I walk with You. With my renewed commitment, I=
will strive to continue Your work to build Your Kingdom so that all will b=
e blessed by the message of salvation, in Jesus name, AMEN
