Testing as Transformation
=
Two of my favorite scriptures, they never fail t=
o give me pause as I contemplate the direction that God has placed in my li=
fe. I will endure tests in my life, as a child of God. But part=
of the results of being tested is that I can better understand and discern=
the will of God for my life. Testing is part of the transformation t=
hat we go through as we change from being worldly oriented, to being Godly =
oriented. Think of the tests in your life. What have you learne=
d? How have you grown spiritually? Did they lead you into a dee=
per faith? Meditate on these verses, and think about these questions =
today… God, I thank you=
for tests and trials in my life. I thank you for bringing me through=
, and allowing me to learn from them. Help me to reflect on the many =
opportunities we have to prove your good, pleasing and perfect will for my =
life today, in Jesus name, Amen =
