Likewise the chief priests also, mocking among themselves with the scribes=

Even those who were=

Fearlessly on the Cross

While others punished him on a wooden cross, the mocking done by the r=
eligious leadership became the Master’s motto:  “He saved others, but =
he can’t save himself!”  They has it almost right.  It should be,=
“he saved others, but he =
chose
not to save himself”.  Try to let a sense of gratefu=
lness dominate your attitude today.  Grateful, for God’s provision, sa=
lvation and guidance, yes.  But grateful also, that Jesus made the rig=
ht choice, and we are free because of it…

Lord, on this most solemn and sacred of days, we rejoice and are glad =
for our freedom in it.  We remember, and will not forget, the sacrific=
e you made so that we can have life in its abundance.  Thank you for c=
hoosing us, and for loving us so.  Help us to live life in abundance t=
oday, in Jesus name, AMEN

God bless,
