Remembering Sherman Helmsley, I =
recall his character of George Jefferson. In both shows (All in the F=
amily, and the Jeffersons), he played a cantankerous vengeful businessman t=
o perfection. His character made us all laugh and think about our own=
behavior at a critical time in our nation. Our text today is about letting=
go and moving on. Resentment can kill your spirit, especially if you=
feel like you’ve been treated unfairly. Do you have something to let=
go today? Allow the Spirit to help you, and remember that concerning=
your sins – Christ always lets it go and moves on with you… =
